SOHAWA (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan said the nation witnessed that the members were sold like a cattle market in the Senate election.

He was addressing a gathering after inaugurating Al-Qadir University at Sohawa on Friday.

He said that the institutions were very strong in the West and there was check and balance there. "Here the son of a candidate is bidding for the candidate. The difference between an animal and a human being is of knowledge," he said.

The prime minister said that he had introduced the idea of Al-Qadir University so that it should earn a name like Jamiatul Azhar.

"No nation can achieve development without education. The university will impart education of science as well as religion. It will be a role model for the youth," he hoped.
