National Integrated Counter Terrorism Training course culminated

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – A four-week National Integrated Counter Terrorism Training course culminated at National Counter Terrorism Training Centre near Kharian in which as many as 405 soldiers completed their training on Sunday. According to a statement issued by the ISPR, over four hundred soldiers from Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Rangers, Army Strategic Command Force, Gilgit-Baltistan Police, Special Security Unit Sindh Police, Punjab Defense Services Guards, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Police, Pakistan Coast Guards and Airport Security Force participated in the training exercise. Corps Commander Mangla Lieutenant General Hilal Hussain who was the chief guest at the concluding ceremony said that counter terrorism training imparted to soldiers of sister services, para-military forces and law enforcement agencies aims to enhance an integrated response mechanism against terrorism at national level. While speaking on the occasion Corps Commander Mangla congratulated the participants and appreciated their dedication, motivation and commitment shown during the course. Lt Gen Hilal Hussain said that the National Counter Terrorism Training Centre will continue to give training to the security departments and other law-enforcement agencies.
