Nawaz, Maryam part of PML-N’s ‘Galam Galouch Brigade’: Aitzaz

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan on Tuesday said that former prime minister and ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz were a part of party’s ‘Galam Galouch Brigade’. Talking to media in Lahore on Tuesday, he said that the PML-N vote bank was with Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz. Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has also become a part of the party’s ‘Galam Galouch Brigade’, adding that the PM thinks he was not being taken into confidence on several issues. "This brigade has been active since day one," he said. "The interesting part of the whole situation is that the prime minister has also become a part of this brigade now," he added. The PPP leader went on to say that Indian chief justice had also questioned if a thief or dacoit could be party president but neither Rahul Gandhi nor Narendra Modi reacted to the statement.
