ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is not serious in making a constitutional amendment to stop horse-trading. Addressing a press conference on Friday, he said that the Nawaz Sharif’s Saudi tour was not more important than the Senate election. “Nawaz Sharif is not worried about democracy and he left for Saudi Arabia after talking about the amendment,” he said. The PTI chief alleged that PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari used millions of rupees for four Senate seats. He announced to launch a movement to demand direct election to the Senate. Imran Khan again accused the ruling party of rigging in the general elections. “The PML-N cast seven million bogus votes in the general election.” He said that he is proud of the PTI members who did not sell their conscience. He alleged that it will soon prove that the Sindh Assembly speaker was elected through the rigging. The PTI chief said that they will not vote for the PPP and the PML-N in the election for the Senate chairman.
