Nawaz Sharif, Maryam convicted under a conspiracy, says Shahid Khaqan Abbasi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) –PML-N Leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were declared convicts under a conspiracy, demanding that the sentence should be terminated immediately.

PML-N Leader said that Rana Shamim shall be punished if the affidavit is wrong and if it is correct then Saqib Nisar should be charged. "Investigate if the affidavit or audio is made by the PML-N, then punish the resposnible as well."

He said that if the prime minister could be punished for not charging accommodation fee, then why suo motu cannot be taken on audio. 

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the NAB had played a major role in the destruction of the economy. "In order to improve the situation, the country has to be brought back to the constitution," he added. 

On the other hand, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi appeared in the accountability court in the LNG reference. The hearing was adjourned till November 30 due to unavailability of a judge.
