Nawaz Sharif's narrative is that institutions shouldn't take part in politics: Ahsan Iqbal

LONDON (92 News) - Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that it is narrative of Nawaz Sharif that the institutions should not take part in politics.

Talking to the media after a party consultation meeting on Thursday, he said that action should be taken against the violators of the constitution. "Imran Khan is targeting the institutions and the constitution. We will foil the attempt aimed at creating anarchy in the country," he added.

He said that the PML-N will make the loans taken by Imran Khan public as well as his performance. "Our priority will be to steer the country out of crises."

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that it had been decided to take strict action against the violators of the constitution. "We will take strict action after taking the allies into confidence," he added.

He said that the PML-N is approaching the SC for suspension of the sentence of Nawaz Sharif.
