Nawaz Sharif says PML-N has no majority to form govt alone, invites parties to join hands
LAHORE (92 News) - PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif has said that the PML-N has emerged as the single largest party in the general elections.
Addressing workers at Model Town on Friday, he said that the PML-N respects the mandate of all parties whether it is a party or a person. "We, along with all parties, will find out a way to bring the country out of the whirlwind," he said.
The PML-N Quaid said that the country cannot afford the conduct of the elections again and again. "We do not want to quarrel with those who are in a mood to quarrel with us," he declared.
He invited the independent candidates to join them to work for the betterment of the country. "Our only agenda is a prosperous country. We have no majority to form the government alone and other parties should also join hands with us. I have assigned Shehbaz Sharif the duty to meet the allies. He will meet Shehbaz Sharif and Asif Zardari," he added.
Nawaz Sharif said that they will bring back lights and happiness in the country. "Pakistan's defence is impregnable and no one can dare to cast an evil eye on it," he declared.
He said that at least 10 years are required for political stability in the country. "We will serve the people in Punjab and the Centre," he added.
