ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The name of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif is still included in the exit control list (ECL), the immigration sources said on Monday. According to the sources, Nawaz Sharif will be allowed to travel abroad after showing copy of court order. It added that the former premier will be able to travel London after showing court order but his name will be placed on ECL. The family sources further informed that Nawaz Sharif has been allowed to fly abroad only for one time for the medical treatment. Meanwhile, the former premier will leave for London on November 19 in an air ambulance from Qatar and will be shifted to the Harley Street Clinic immediately after landing. On Saturday , the Lahore High Court (LHC) ordered to remove the name of former premier Nawaz Sharif from the ECL and allowed him to go abroad for four weeks unconditionally. The permission can be extended. The case has been adjourned until third week of January. On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif is likely to leave for treatment in London on Tuesday. Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb confirmed that an air ambulance for the transportation of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will arrive in the country on Tuesday. “The PML-N quid will leave for medical treatment to abroad on Tuesday,” she added. Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the doctors conducted a thorough examination of Sharif today and also held discussions on how to make the PML-N supremo ready for his travel. She also urged the nation to pray for the PML-N supremo’s health on party’s twitter account.
