Nazim Jokhio murder case: Three more accused remanded in police custody till Nov 16

KARACHI (92 News) – The court remanded three more accused in the police custody till November16 in the Nazim Jokhio murder case.

Accused Razzaq, Miraj and Jamal were produced in Malir court amid tight security. The investigating officer told court that the accused had threatened Nazim Jokhio after his video went viral. “Sections of kidnap has been included in the FIR and 11 more suspects have been nominated in it,” he added.

Six people, including MPA Jam Awais, have been arrested in the case. The counsel for the victim requested the court to include the names of foreigners in the case. At this, the court ordered the police to include the names of foreigners in the case as well.

He said that police have neither recovered the mobile phone and blood-stained clothes of Nazim Jokhio nor the FIR contains the sections pertaining to concealing the evidence.
