NDMA directs to make necessary arrangements against heavy rains in Sindh

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The National Disaster Management Authority has directed departments concerned to make necessary arrangements as a spell of heavy rains, likely, in Sindh and Balochistan starting today (Saturday).

According to advisory issued by Meteorological Department, monsoon winds will intensify in south-eastern Sindh and Balochistan from today, causing heavy rains till Tuesday.

As a result, the low-lying areas are in danger of flooding.
