Nine killed, 11 injured in groups’ clash in Jalalpur Pirwala

JALALPUR PIRWALA (92 News) – As many as nine people were killed and 11 others injured in a clash between two groups in Jalalpur Pirwala on Wednesday. The deceased were going to their homes after offering Eid prayers when their opponents opened fire on them. As a result, six people died on the spot. Kala Jaffer group and Ghulam Nazuk group had enmity over a land dispute since long. Seven of those killed belonged to Kala Jaffer group. Three people succumbed to their injuries during treatment at the District Headquarter Hospital.
