No bullet sign found on Slain SP Tahir’s body, reveals post-mortem report

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The post-mortem report on Wednesday revealed that there is no injury of bullet found on Martyred Superintendent of Police (SP) Tahir Dawar. According to the reports, the post-mortem report, which has been handed over to Islamabad police for investigation, revealed that SP Tahir Dawar’s death had occurred few days before recovery of his dead body, which was recovered in Afghanistan on November 13. The report revealed that “there is no injury of bullet found on his body, however the bruise of torture witnessed that caused the broken bones of his arms and feet.” The report further added, “It seemed that SP Tahir was kept thirsty and hungry for several days as his death was happened a few days before his body found.” Earlier on Friday, a seven-member joint investigation team (JIT) has been constituted to probe murder of Tahir Khan Dawar, superintendent of police who went missing from Islamabad. The JIT was formed on the request of the federal police. Subsequently, SP Investigation will head the JIT, while each member from Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Military Intelligence (MI) has been included in the investigation team. Moreover, SP Islamabad, SDPO Shalimar and DSP CID have also been made part of the JIT. Meanwhile, the people are visiting the martyred SP’s house for condoling Tahir Khan’s death. On Thursday, Prime Minister Imran Khan had ordered an inquiry into the death of the senior police officer. On Wednesday The body of Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Superintendent of Police (SP) Tahir Dawar was handed over to the officials of Pakistani Consulate in Jalalabad. Earlier, It was reported that the body of police official will be transferred to Peshawar through Torkham border. The body of SP Tahir, who went missing from Islamabad on October 27, was found at province Nangarhar in Afghanistan. A day earlier, the dead body of missing Superintendent Police (SP) Tahir Khan Dawar allegedly found in Afghanistan. According to the pictures released on social media, Tahir Khan Dawar was murdered in Afghanistan. The social media pictures revealed the allegedly murder’s story of the missing superintendent police. Earlier on October 27, SP Dawar had gone missing from Islamabad. Following to this no report surfaced till now, however, different reports related to the incident came on the front line.
