KARACHI (92 News) – As only three days have left for the expiry of Rangers special power, both Federation and the Provincial governments remain inflexible over the issue and none of them appears to be prepared on backing down over their demands.

The Sindh government is not serious in resolving the issue as there seems to be no end in sight because of the reluctance of Sindh government.

Sources said that provincial Home Minister Sohail Anwar Siyal is the biggest hurdle in extension of Rangers’ special power as the summary will be sent to Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah after the approval from home minister.

“Some party leaders are advising Sindh chief minister and home minister to stick to their stance.”
