No government took steps for release Dr Aafia, says Sirajul Haq

FAISALABAD (92 News) – Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Sirajul Haq has said that no government has taken steps for the release Dr Aafia from the United States and she will hold the rulers by collar on the Day of Judgment.

Addressing a convention on Wednesday, he said that the Muslim Ummah has completely divided.

“The only solution of Muslims’ problems is the Islamic system. The day will come when scholars will be in National Assembly. Seventy-four years have passed since our independence, but our banks are still running on the interest system. Yesterday, a minister said that we have a threat from Afghanistan’s government. Such words are being uttered about the country that defeated the US,“ he maintained.
