No mosque, seminary will be closed in Pakistan: Allama Tahir Ashrafi

LAHORE (92 News) – Special Representative to the Prime Minister on Religious Harmony Allama Tahir Ahsrafi has said that no mosque and seminary will be closed in Pakistan.

Talking to the media on Sunday, he said that registration of mosques and seminaries had not be cancelled anywhere in the country. "Social distance is present everywhere in mosques," he added.

He said that the nation will observe fast and celebrate Eid unanimously. "Last year's SOPs will also be implemented this year."

Allama Tahir Ashrafi said that the Occupied Kashmir is the biggest jail in the world. "We stand by our Kashmiri brothers and the world should pay attention to it," he added.

He said that the IOC and the UN should practical steps for the independence of the oppressed Kashmiris.
