No one can sabotage PTI's project of Southern Punjab Secretariat: CM Usman Buzdar

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that the Southern Punjab Secretariat is the project of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and no one can sabotage it.

He expressed these views during a meeting with MNA Malik Ahmed Hussain Dehar on Sunday. He said that the government would soon appoint a permanent additional chief secretary.

During the meeting, they discussed the matters of mutual interest. They also reviewed progress on development projects. "In the past, only 17 percent budget was allocated for 32 percent population of the province," he added.

He said that 38 percent share had been given to Southern Punjab in the upgradation of schools.

The Punjab chief minister said that new schools and dispensaries will be set up in far-flung areas.
