No space for PM’s ‘solo flight’ in Constitution: SC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Supreme Court has on Friday dismissed the review petition of the government regarding the powers of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. During the hearing, Justice Saqib Nisar remarked that the prime minister is not permitted to take decision on financial matters without the approval of the federal cabinet. He said that there is no space for the premier’s ‘solo flight’ in Constitution.
