KARACHI (92 News) – PML-N leader Muhammad Zubair has said that there is no trust in the decisions and statistics of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Addressing a press conference on Saturday, he said that from where Rs 150 billion will be received after the withdrawal of taxes equal to this amount. "The government has destroyed economy under pressure from the IMF," he said.

He said that the government had set the target of collecting Rs 610 billion as petroleum levy, which means an increase of Rs 25 per litre in the petrol price. "A 17 percent tax has been imposed on LNG and crude oil," he added.

"There is a gap of Rs 900 million in the budget. LNG and gas crises are going on consecutively," he maintained.

The PML-N leader said that the federal budget entirely depends upon the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that is not satisfied with Pakistan. "The finance minister does not know that an increase in the power rate will be made," he said, adding that the budget would increase inflation in the country.
