Noor Alam Khan demands probe into allegations against him

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI estranged member Noor Alam Khan has demanded a probe into the allegations against him.

Hot words were exchanged among National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officers and committee members during the meeting of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) meeting.

PPP leader Saleem Mandviwalla said that the NAB recovered Rs810 billion and submitted only Rs15 billion in the kitty. “The NAB gave false statements regarding the audit report. The amount which comes under the custody of the NAB should also be audited,” he added.

Noor Alam Khan said that the NAB audit should be held about its expenditures. “Only inquiry is being held against me. The verdict should be announced of all those allegations as soon as possible which have been framed against me. I will come whenever the NAB will call me. All those NAB officials should also come who have levelled allegations against me,” he maintained.

Meanwhile, the acting NAB chairman said that the NAB had only one account where amounts were deposited.
