ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Zahir Jaffar, the main accused in the Noor Muqadam case, lost his temper and used foul language in court on Wednesday.

Jaffar pretended to be hiding himself behind the door and said his family was waiting for him behind the curtain.

Additional Sessions Judge Atta Rabbani called the mother of suspect and directed her to ask her son to behave properly. "The court will not issue him a contempt notice and start his trial in jail. He is just pretending,” he observed.

The accused also held the police inspector by collar. At this, the judge ordered to expel the accused from court. Four policemen could not control him and more cops were called to shift him to the lock-ups.

During the hearing, lawyers cross-examined cartographer and Head Constable Farast Fahim. However, the accused's counsel could not cross-examine the cartographer.

The court summoned Dr Jahanzeb, crime scene in-charge Imran and recovery witnesses Sikandar Hayat and Sikandar Ali on the next date of hearing on November 10.
