Court postpones Nooriabad power plant case till February 1

ISAMABAD (92 News) – Accountability Court Judge Asghar Ali on Tuesday postponed the Nooriabad power plant case till February 1.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah appear before court, while co-accused Shah Nawaz could not appear in court due to COVID-19. His medical certificate was presented in court.

The court inquired about the presence of the investigation officer who was provide the details of the property owned by one of the accused. The prosecutor told court that the investigation officer was unwell.

He said that the details about the assets of the accused Muhammad Ali could not be known.

Talking to the media on Tuesday, Murad Ali Shah said that the federal government had held the Sindh government responsible for every crisis, including wheat and flour. “We have not seen so much insensible government We will if we will not work,” he added.

The Sindh chief minister said that action will be taken against those who provided help to Shahrukh Jatoi.
