ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that their agenda is progress, not protest. Addressing the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Parliamentary Party meeting in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that he was not concerned with his government, but he was only concerned with Pakistan. He said: “We have to speed up the work during remaining two years of government’s tenure for the welfare of the people and development of the country.” He said that the people knew well which party could perform and which one raises slogans. The prime minister said that Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and he had jointly inaugurated the road project in Gwadar and the day would come when the people would feel proud of Gwadar. Nawaz Sharif said that the former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf should be asked why he ruined the country during his tenure. “Terrorism has been eliminated to a large extent,” he said, adding that the backbone of terrorists had been broken through operation Zarb-e-Azb.
