November will be politically decisive, says Khawaja Asif

SIALKOT (92 News) - Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that November will be politically decisive.

Talking to the media on Sunday, he said that the appointment of army chief is at discretion of prime minister. “Who is Imran Khan giving advice. He is not even a part of the Parliament anymore.”

Khawaja Asif said that the container was told yesterday that negotiations are taking place in Lahore. “No negotiations of any kind are taking place. The term of the assembly will be completed on August 13 next year. We will take the date of election in the next 90 days. There are statements of his followers regarding the bloody march. If there is bloodshed, the responsibility will be on their provincial governments. Only three to four routes of Islamabad red zone are closed.”

The defense minister said that Pervaiz Elahi has started contacts. “He has not mentioned the name of America in the foreign conspiracy till date. Governor Rule is a constitutional option. Martial law has no possibility.” he concluded.
