LAHORE (92 News) – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has said that today he has same narrative that he had in the Attock Fort and it will succeed. Addressing a ceremony in connection with the Yaum-e-Takbeer on Monday, he said that nuclear explosions were conducted by an elected prime minister, not a dictator. He said that several people were against the nuclear tests. “We conducted six tests in response to Indian five tests,” he said. Nawaz Sharif said that the Indian PM had visited Pakistan one year after the nuclear tests. “Had I been corrupt I would have demanded $5 billion in exchange for not conducting the blasts,” he maintained. The former PM said that he had appeared before court for 75th time. “Maryam Nawaz remained on the rostrum for four hours,” he said. He said that it is time to bury the politics of turncoats. “Pakistan was making progress at fast pace and Nawaz Sharif has been punished for it,” he said. On the other hand, a PML-N worker was badly thrashed for attempting to shake hand with the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. Maryam Nawaz said that Nawaz Sharif had been undergoing accountability for the last 30 years. She asked the PML-N workers to go to polling stations on July 25 and give a message to their opponents.
