OGRA proposes Rs 6.15 per liter decrease in petrol price

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has sent a summary to the government, proposing Rs 6.15 per liter cut in petrol after the decrease in the oil prices in the international market. Meanwhile, a cut of Rs 7.50 and Rs 7.07 per liter has been proposed in the prices of high-speed diesel and kerosene oil respectively. The price of OHBC is likely to be reduced by Rs 7 per liter. On the directions of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the new prices will be announced on August 31 and they will be applicable from September 1.
