Okara: Dacoit killed in police encounter

OKARA (92 News) – Police have on Friday gunned down a dacoits while two others managed to escape during an encounter in Okara’s Depalpur area.

As per details, police carried out a raid in Okara’s Depalpur area. During the raid, the dacoits hiding in the area opened firing on police party.

In retaliation one dacoit was killed while two other managed to flee taking advantage of the darkness.

Weapons were also recovered from the possession of the dacoits.

Police have cordoned off the area and launched search for the arrest of the accused.
