One dead, six hurt in Rawalpindi blast
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – A man was killed while six others injured in a blast near Pir Wadhai Bus Terminal on Friday.
The bomb had been planted in a rickshaw. The injured have been shifted to Holy Family Hospital.
The Rawalpindi CPO said that the blast was not occurred due to a cylinder. However, the element of terrorism cannot be ruled out.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the blast and sought a report from the IGP Punjab. He ordered arrest of the accused at the earliest.
He directed the best possible health facilities for the injured.
