One killed, two held in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – An accused was killed and another apprehended in separate incidents in the city on Tuesday. As per details, an exchange of fire erupted between police and drug peddlers in Old Sabzi Mandi near Pakhtun Chowk, killing an accused in injured condition, who later succumbed to wounds in hospital, while his other accomplices managed to escape. Police have recovered weapons and rounds from the accused. On the other hand, police have arrested two accused during a raid in Joharabad. The arrested accused were identified as Shoaib and Kamran. The accused were involved in street crime and murder of Ubaid Ghani.
