One terrorist killed, four held in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The law enforcement agencies have on Tuesday foiled a major terror plot by killing a terrorist and arresting four others in an encounter on Super Highway. As per details, on a tip off, the law enforcement agencies carried out a raid at the Super Highway and detained four terrorists, while one terrorist namely Abdul Ameen was killed when he was trying to flee. Sources said that the terrorists were planning to target different educational institutions including Jamia Karachi. The law enforcer have also recovered weapons and explosive material including 5 kilograms ball bearings, 10 kilograms explosives and detonators from the possession of terrorists. The arrested terrorists belonged to a banned organization. They were shifted to unknown place for further interrogation.
