One terrorist killed, four held in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has on Monday gunned down a terrorists and arrested four others during a raid in Mehran Town area of Karachi. As per details, on a tip off, police carried out a raid in Mehran Town area of Karachi. During the raid, the terrorists hiding in the area opened firing, in retaliation a terrorist was killed, while four others were detained. The slain terrorist belonged to a banned organization who was later identified as Dildar alias Chacha. The law enforces have also recovered weapon and explosive material from the terrorists. Meanwhile, IG Sindh AD Khawaja announced Rs 1 million cash prize for the CTD for successful operation. AD Khawaja said that the slain men were involved in several terrorist activities including attack on Navy buses.
