Only candidates recommended by PTI former chairman will get party tickets: Barrister Gohar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali has clarified that the candidates recommended by the PTI former chairman will get the party tickets.

Talking to the media on Thursday, he said that committees had already been formed with regard to the candidates. "The party is passing through a difficult phase. We are facing 180 cases. The situation will clear in the next week," he added.

The PTI chairman hoped that the courts will give a relief to the party. "The PTI former chairman has set a new example by assigning the party to the workers," he maintained.

He said that hopefully the PTI will get the symbol of the 'bat' in the general elections.
