Operation will continue till elimination of target killing, extortion: DG Rangers Maj-Gen Bilal Akbar

KARACHI (92 News) – DG Rangers Maj-Gen Bilal Akbar has said that the operation will continue till elimination of target killing and extortion.

During his visit to Bin Qasim Association of Trade and Industry on Monday, he said that traders and citizens would have to point out criminals considering it national duty.

He said that kidnap for ransom and target killing had reduced clearly and the operation would continue till its total elimination.

“Foreign investors are coming to Karachi fearlessly after improvement in t he situation,” he said.

The DG Rangers said that a plan had been prepared to eliminate the street crime. He asked the traders to point out the professional criminals who could be brought to justice.

Traders appreciated the role of the Rangers on the occasion.
