Operation Zarb-e-Ahen continues for sixth day

RAHIM YAR KHAN (92 News) – Punjab Police has on Friday launched an Operation Zarb-e-Ahen against the dacoits in Rahim Yar Kham. Police and Rangers joint operation against proclaimed offenders of Choto Gang and others hiding in the area of Rujhan’s Kachay area continued on sixth day, in which more than 1500 police personnel are taking part. Police and dacoits continued to exchange firing, while Punjab Rangers is launching mortar attacks on the hideouts. Rajanpur District Police Officer said that the dacoits will not runaway this time, adding that the police will make sure the elimination of the criminals.
