ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed has said that the meetings of the opposition being held nowadays will yield no result.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he said that the opposition should keenly visit Islamabad, but it will get nothing from it. "The opposition will also suffer a defeat in the no-confidence motion. After the defeat, the opposition leaders will say someone was suffering from coronavirus and another will say he received a phone call," he maintained.

The minister said that the federal government was ready to provide Rangers in the police stations if Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah wants so. "The situation in Karachi is worst."

He said that the PPP's long march will not be stopped. "The opposition should think well before the no-confidence motion. However, Jahangir Tareen is a responsible politician," he added.

Sheikh Rasheed said that the opposition was heading toward disruption, which will put them into trouble.

He said that the Pak Army is a great institution. "Jawans are sacrificing their lives for the motherland."

The minister said that the government is going to open new 27 passport offices.
