In a tweet on Tuesday, he said that the emotional statements of Bilawal Bhutto are devoid of logic and facts. "Such attitude is against the democratic values. Those delivering lectures on democracy should adopt democratic norms," he maintained.

He said that those chanting slogans of 'Respect the Vote' are not ready to give respect to the vote of people of Gilgit-Baltistan. "All surveys had shown superiority of the PTI and Imran Khan as the popular leader," he added.

The minister questioned that how the people of Gilgit-Baltistan can vote for those who did nothing for them during the last 10 years.

Meanwhile talking to the media after the federal cabinet meeting, Shibli Faraz said that the government was not facing the shortage of wheat in the country and more was being imported.

He said that the imported sugar was being sold at Rs 83 per kg, while it was available at Rs 68 per kg at utility stores.
