Opposition will not be given NRO, declares Murad Saeed

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Communications Murad Saeed said that the opposition will not be given the NRO no matter what it does. Expressing his views in the National Assembly on Wednesday, he said that the opposition counts the projects launched by the government which counts their (opposition) corruption. The minister said that the government will not pardon those who looted the country. "Unluckily, incompetence, plunder and money laundering brought the country in the grey list," he said. He said that legislation would be made when they would be given the NRO. "India used Nawaz Sharif's statement in its favour in the International Court of Justice (ICJ)," he added. Murad Saeed said that the PML-N government had given the NRO to Raymond Davis who martyred a Pakistani. "Khawaja Asif had 'Iqama' despite being the foreign minister. He also used to receive Rs 1.5-2 million salary," he said. He said Bilawal Bhutto had highlighted the name of the sugar thief. "Zardari and the Sharif family are involved in sugar inquiry. We will continue to expose them," he said. The minister said that deaths were occurred in Karachi due to heavy rains. "The people are facing problems in Karachi. The city has submerged in water, but the PPP did not utter a single word," he said. Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz said that the government would not give the government the NRO over the NAB laws no matter even the government is dissolved. He said that the opposition wants to bargain over the FATF and NAB issue.
