Opp's boycott of National Security Committee meeting is regrettable, says Fawad Chaudhary

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhary has said that the opposition's boycott of the National Security Committee meeting is regrettable.

In a tweet on Friday, Fawad Chaudhary urged opposition to participate in National Security Committee meeting “The opposition's decision to boycott the meeting of Parliamentary Committee on National Security is regrettable.”

“It is for the first time in seven decades that a government is going to present its security policy before the parliament,” he added.

The Minister said that it is not a political issue, but a national security matter.
