Over 100 houses inundated due to crevice in Chiniot ‘nullah’

CHINIOT (92 News) – Over 100 houses were inundated when due a crevice in a ‘nullah’ in Chiniot on Tuesday. The water level crossed 17,000 cusecs in Sialkot’s Nullah Dek. Floods are expected in rivers and streams due to heavy rains. Meanwhile, a woman was killed while over 30 people were injured in In Lahore’s Dubanpura, all the members of a family were buried under the debris of a house during the rain. As a result, Gull Bibi died while her husband and five children were injured. Five people were injured when the roof of an under-construction building collapsed during the rain in Bho Battian area. People were injured due to roofs’ collapse in Faisalabad and Kabirwala. Three people were injured due to the roof collapse in Vehari.
