Overhead bridge collapses after being hit by trailer in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – An overhead bridge collapsed as a trailer hit it near the Punjab University in Lahore in the early hours of Friday. The trailer was loaded with a government-owned crane that exceeded height limit struck the overhead bridge resulting in its collapse. The bridge collapse caused traffic mess on Canal Road. Rescue teams reached the spot, while no loss of life was reported.
