Overseas Pakistani doctors lauded Yaran-e-Watan Program: Dr Zafar Mirza

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza said that overseas Pakistani doctors have lauded the Yaran-e-Watan Program.
Talking to the media after signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Health Ministry and International Organization for Migration on Friday, he said that they are going to assign the duties to 1,800 doctors who joined Tiger Force.
He said that the agreement will promote an effective mutual cooperation. “Pakistan has been a member of IOM since 1992. We will get technical assistance from the IOM. Under the MoU, Yaran-e-Watan Program will strengthen due to mutual cooperation,” he said.
Dr Zafar Mirza said that they will have to improve the steps with regard to the health of migrants.
