Pak-Afghan Chaman border reopens after a week's closure

CHAMAN (92 News) - The Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Chaman reopened on Monday morning after more than a week's closure.

The border was opened after negotiations between the two countries. The Chaman border was closed in protest after the terrorist incident that took place on November 13.

Afghan authorities have assured to arrest the person involved in the incident and take legal action. Afghan officials say that no one will be allowed to spoil the brotherhood of the two countries.

Pak-Afghan transit on the Pak-Afghan border has been restored. The opening of the border caused a wave of happiness among the traders.
