ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan said Pakistan’s armed forces are fully equipped and capable to give a befitting response to any aggression of the enemy. In her message on Defence & Martyrs Day, the special assistant said that on this day our valiant forces foiled the nefarious and sordid designs of the enemy. “We pay tributes to Ghazis and Martyrs who wrote the unmatchable history of bravery and gallantry,” she said. “Our martyrs are our pride who forced to retreat a several times bigger enemy,” she added. The special assistant said that this is the most memorable day of Pakistan's military history. “It is also the day of reaffirmation to make Pakistan a welfare and impregnable force by reviving the spirit of unity, harmony and brotherhood,” she aded. Firdous Ashiq Awan said this is the day which reaffirms our resolve for the defence of the motherland against all threats. Commenting on the latest situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK), the special assistant said dream of durable peace in South Asia cannot be achieved without resolution of Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN Security Council (UNSC) resolutions. She said Kashmir is Pakistan's jugular vein. She said defending the stance of Kashmiris amount to strengthening the defense of Pakistan.
Pakistan to expose Indian atrocities in IoK at every front
A day earlier, Firdous Ashiq Awan Pakistan will continue exposing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir at every front. In her tweet, Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the nation will observe Defence Day as a Day of Solidarity with their proud and valiant Kashmiri brethren. “Kashmir is the defence line of Pakistan, and defending the stance of the Kashmiris is tantamount to strengthening defence of Pakistan,” the special assistant said. “Pakistan is steadfast in its support to the Kashmiris and it will continue exposing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir at every front,” Firdous Ashiq Awan further said.
