Pak Army always gives befitting response of Indian aggression: Firdous

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan has mentioned that Pakistan Army has always given a befitting response to the Indian aggression. Addressing a press conference in Sialkot, the special assistant condemned the unprovoked firing by Indian forces in civilian areas and violation of ceasefire violations. “Martyrdom of five civilians and one soldier by unprovoked Indian firing is condemnable,” she said. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the Kashmiris are under curfew restrictions for more than 78 days. "Pakistan armed forces always defeated the Indian aggression and they have to bite the dust every time," she added. The special assistant said imports of Pakistan have reduced significantly while exports also witnessed upward trajectory. “Our unwise political leaders seem oblivious to the challenges the country is facing,” she added. The special assistant said using the same day for political objectives is a betrayal and an effort to undermine the struggle of Kashmiris for their right to self-determination. Earlier in the day, in her series of tweet, Firdous Ashiq Awan said that has said that the ulterior motives of India to blacklist Pakistan on the forum of FATF.

She also said that the FATF forum’s praises to the Pakistani authorities for its steps to curb money laundering and terrorism were proofs of its acceptance for the federal government’s sincere efforts. Pakistan aims to take more steps in this regards, she added. She elaborated that the Indian government was attempting to blacklist Pakistan at the international forum, however, Prime Minister Imran Khan has continued bringing the positive image of the country before the world through his sincere efforts.
