NEW DELHI (92 News) – Pakistani High Commissioner in India Abdul Basit has said that Pak-India relations cannot improve without resolution of the Kashmir dispute. In an interview to an Indian TV on Monday, he said that Pakistan will not change its policy about India with the change of the Army Chief. He said that the Pak-India relations cannot improve in space. “We will have to hold dialogues,” he maintained. The Pakistan high commissioner said that peace in South Asia is linked to Pak-India relations. He said that Kashmir is the basic dispute and India should invite Pakistan to unconditional dialogues. “Pakistan is ready if India wants to talk about all issues, including Kashmir,” he said. Abdul Basit also held India responsible for ending dialogues. He said that Indians have now started saying the problems between both countries is not terrorism, but Kashmir.
