Pak Navy’s four Rear Admirals promoted to rank of Vice-Admiral

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Four Rear Admirals of Pakistan Navy have been promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral, said the spokesperson on Monday. The promoted include Vice Admirals Athar Mukhtar, Muhammad Fayyaz Jillani, Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and Asif Khaliq. The promoted flag officers have vast experience of serving at Command and Staff. Vice Admiral Athar Mukhtar was commissioned in Pakistan Navy Operation Branch in 1984. He is a graduate of Pakistan Navy War College and National Defence University, Islamabad. Vice Admiral Muhammad Fayyaz Jillani was commissioned in Pakistan Navy Operation Branch in 1984. He is a graduate of Pakistan Navy War College and Cranfield University, UK. Vice Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi was commissioned in Pakistan Navy Operation Branch in 1985. He is a graduate of Army Command and Staff College, National Defence University, Islamabad and Beijing University. Vice Admiral Asif Khaliq was commissioned in Pakistan Navy Operation Branch in 1985. He is a graduate of Pakistan Navy War College and National Defence University, Islamabad.
