Pak, US relation based on multilateral relations, says Shahbaz Sharif

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has on Monday said that the relations between Pakistan and the United States is based on multilateral relations and will further strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries in the coming time. US Consul General Zachary Harkenrider has met with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore and discussed matters of mutual interest, bilateral relations and exchanged views on enhancing cooperation in various fields, particularly in energy sector. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan's economy is developing rapidly due to which demand of energy is also increasing. He said that he is committed to make Pakistan a welfare state according to the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. On the other hand US Consul General Zachary Harkenrider said that the Punjab chief minister is working hard to serve the people.
