Pakistan achieves milestone as first medical crew member receives COVID-19 vaccine

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan achieved a milestone with regard to the Coronavirus vaccination as the first member of a medical crew received a dose of COVID-19 in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Imran Khan was also present when the medical crew member was administered the COVID-19 vaccine.

Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan thanked the Chinese government for giving 500,000 doses of the vaccine. "I congratulate our team to carrying out the task speedily," he added.
