ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan has again offered assistance to India on humanitarian basis on Wednesday.

While talking to the journalists after the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir under the chairmanship of Committee Chairman Shehryar Afridi, Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that there was great concern over the situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

He demanded from the international community and human rights organizations to press for medical measures to save the Kashmiri people trapped in the clutches of India from Coronavirus.

FM Qureshi apprised the members of the committee on the situation in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and said that unarmed citizens of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir were facing a double lockdown during the Coronavirus epidemic.

The number of patients affected by Corona epidemic is increasing rapidly in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. "Despite the conflict, we offered humanitarian assistance to India, but so far there has been no positive response from India," he said.

He said that in view of the lack of medical facilities in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir in the wake of the third wave of Coronavirus epidemic, he called on the international community and international health agencies to provide health facilities in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Take steps to ensure the establishment of a "health corridor", he added.
