JEDDAH (Web Desk) Saudi Arabia has introduced a temporary visa ban affecting 14 countries, including Pakistan, during the Hajj season.
According to well-informed sources, the restriction applies to Umrah, business, and family visas, with the ban expected to lift by mid-June. Diplomatic sources clarified that Umrah visa holders are permitted to enter Saudi Arabia until April 13.
The affected countries include Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Nigeria, Jordan, Algeria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Tunisia, and Yemen, as per the sources. They also noted that individuals staying in Saudi Arabia despite the ban could face a five-year entry ban.
