Pakistan, China are Iron Brothers in a true sense, says Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that Pakistan and China are Iron Brothers in a true sense. Addressing the parliament’s joint session on Tuesday, he thanked the Chinese president for visiting Pakistan. “The Chinese president is popular in both countries alike,” he said. The prime minister said that Pak-China friendship has come up to every tribulation. “Today is a historic day for the parliament and Pakistanis.” He said that mountains, rivers and souls of both countries are united with each other. Nawaz Sharif expressed his resolve to jointly work for the common objective of peace, progress and prosperity. “We consider solidarity of China as solidarity of Pakistan.” He said that the economic corridor is the result of joint efforts of both countries. “All areas of Pakistan will benefit from the economic corridor,” he added. The prime minister said that Pakistan supports One-China policy. "We will jointly work to end terrorism," he added.
